美国德雷克赛尔（Drexel）大学面向电信学部招收“3+2”项目留学生。申请的学生需在大连理工大学攻读本科前三年课程，然后在德雷克赛尔大学读大学四年级和一年硕士，最后得到大连理工大学颁发的本科学位和德雷克赛尔大学颁发的理学硕士学位。留学期间学费及生活费自理。
德雷塞尔大学是一所四年制私立大学，成立于1891年，是费城三大名校之一（宾夕法尼亚大学、德雷塞尔大学、天普大学）。已经连续五年被《美国新闻与世界报道》评为“最佳美国大学”，在2009年的综合排名位于89位。

All potential candidates for participation in the Program must:
1. Complete three academic years of study toward their degree requirements for a Bachelor Science degree from DUT, by the time of their enrollment at DREXEL.
2. Submit an official score report from a Graduate Record Examination (GRE) to Drexel, as part of the standard requirements for application to a master’s degree program.
3. Satisfy the English language proficiency requirements. A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or a International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination taken within the previous two years from the date of application:
TOEFL: greater than 600 (paper-based test) or greater than 100 (internet-based test)
IELTS: greater than 7.0
