报告人简介：
Dr. Akira Mizuno is professor of Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan. His main research interests include applying non-thermal plasma in environmental protection, electrostatic precipitation, electrical sterilization and manipulation of DNA molecules by electrostatic force. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of fundamental and applied electrostatics. He has published over 150 reviewed papers and holds about 110 patents. He is IEEE fellow of IEEE/IAS and is currently chair of the Institute Electrostatics Japan. He is an editor of International Journal of Plasma Environmental Science and Technology that was created by international assembly of electrostatics society, and received various honours and awards.
